Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation
Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, role changes, and exits
Coordinate exit formalities including documentation and clearance processes
Ensure seamless employee experience across all lifecycle touchpoints
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries
Partner with business leaders to understand team requirements and workforce planning
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles
Address employee grievances and provide guidance on disciplinary matters in alignment with company policies
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, engagement) and provide insights to business stakeholders
Support organizational development initiatives, culture-building activities, and change management efforts
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and applicable labor laws
Support internal audits and statutory compliance processes
Assist in policy implementation and continuous HR process improvements
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
35 years of experience in HR Operations / HRBP role
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
