Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive/Executive in Git Procurement (Operations/Booking). Based in New Delhi, the role involves managing group bookings, negotiating with suppliers, and securing high-quality travel arrangements. Responsibilities include coordinating hotel accommodations, transportation, and other ground services, maintaining supplier relations, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely service delivery to clients. The position also requires regular interaction with internal teams and external partners to optimize the booking process and deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in group bookings, supplier negotiation, and procurement processes
• Proficiency in operations planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost optimization
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry, specifically in Europe, the UK, and Scandinavia is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
