Job Description:
The Executive - Conversations, will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows.
- Collection and profiling of data
- Reaching outto customers and explaining them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events
- Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings
- Adhering to quality standards
- Achieving targets setfor activities assigned.
- Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
- Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines.
- Generate & publish report of the outbound calls for assigned activities.
