About The Role

As a Finance Executive – Healthcare, you will make an impact by supporting key Healthcare Finance activities, including query handling, ad‑hoc analysis, financial reporting, and management of P&L and Balance Sheet items. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making. Your strong command of MS Excel and solid finance domain knowledge will be critical in driving data‑driven outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights that support informed strategic decision‑making.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support P&L and Balance Sheet management activities on an as‑needed basis.
  • Handle finance‑related queries and perform ad‑hoc financial analysis as requested by stakeholders.
  • Prepare management decks and financial presentations for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial inputs and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel to build and maintain financial models for performance evaluation and opportunity assessment.
  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in financial systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for management and external stakeholders.
  • Perform variance analysis, comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Recommend and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.
  • Participate in financial audits and provide required documentation and explanations to auditors.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to management to enable sound decision‑making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, finance best practices, and evolving reporting requirements.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

  • Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, and Balance Sheet concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including financial modeling and analytical functions.
  • Experience supporting financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder queries.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.

These will help you succeed

  • Prior experience supporting Healthcare Finance or complex business units.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
