Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Business Development (B2B) to drive growth for our Fleet Management Solutions. This role focuses on engaging with large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and enterprise clients, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence in the fleet management ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Drive sales and business development for Trinetra FMS products within the B2B and OEM segment.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with large OEMs and enterprise fleet operators.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and client engagement.
Market Expansion:
- Identify new industries and verticals where fleet management solutions can create value (logistics, transportation, construction, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to expand market reach and adoption of FMS solutions.
Negotiation & Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, product demos, and presentations tailored to fleet management use cases.
- Negotiate commercial terms to close profitable deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and enterprise clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and successful deployment of FMS solutions.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report sales performance, revenue growth, and client engagement metrics.
- Share insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity with leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in Fleet Management Solutions, telematics, or GPS tracking.
- Proven experience managing and growing OEM or enterprise accounts.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of fleet management systems, GPS tracking, telematics, and vehicle analytics.
- Experience with large-scale fleet or enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Sales Expertise:
- Strong grasp of the B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
Location & Travel:
- Based in Coimbatore with flexibility to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with OEMs or enterprise clients in logistics, transportation, or construction sectors.
- Prior experience selling SaaS or fleet management platforms.
