Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales, based in Chennai, Cochin and Trivandram and Mumbai. The role involves managing sales activities, generating leads, building strong relationships with dentist, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. The candidate will also conduct product presentations, provide client training, and contribute to strategic sales planning. Collaboration with the marketing team and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction will be core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product knowledge specific to dental or healthcare fields
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the medical, dental, or healthcare sales industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or a related field

Experience- 3-5 yrs into dental industry or dental implant sales is a must.
