Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Marketing

Transline Technologies Limited is looking for a hands-on, creative Assistant Manager who loves storytelling, understands digital platforms, and enjoys turning ideas into impactful marketing assets.

If you can comfortably switch between content creation, presentations, social media, and strategy discussions, this role is for you.

What You'll Do-

Content & Communication-

Write engaging content for LinkedIn, websites, blogs, campaigns, and internal communication

Help shape and maintain a consistent brand voice

Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling stories

Presentations & Decks

Create sharp, visually appealing PPTs for leadership, sales, GTM plans, and campaign reviews

Convert ideas, briefs, and data into clear, impactful presentations

Social Media & Digital

Plan and execute content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

Track performance, analyze what works, and optimize content

Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform best practices

GTM & Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies

Support campaign planning, launches, and cross-team coordination

Work closely with product, sales, and design teams

SEO & Website Support

Develop SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, website copy)

Apply working knowledge of keywords, on-page SEO, and content optimization

Coordinate with agencies or internal teams as required

Who We're Looking For-

* 35 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital roles

* Strong writing skills with a good sense of brand tone and audience

* Comfortable working across content, PPTs, and social media (multi-hat role)

* Sound understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics

* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

* Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution
