Job Description - Sr Executive/Assistant Manager - Legal
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling corporate and commercial litigation, including civil, criminal, recovery, Arbitration and NCLT matters.
- Must have handled civil litigation, including contractual, recovery.
- Strong working knowledge of District Court, High Court, and NCLT procedures with hands-on case management experience.
- Must have thorough knowledge of Commercial Law, Civil Law, and Money Recovery matters, including drafting, filing, and execution of recovery suits.
- Experience in drafting demand notices, legal notices, replies, petitions, affidavits, and rejoinders independently.
- Capable of attending COC (Committee of Creditors) meetings, assisting in CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process), and coordinating with Resolution Professionals and stakeholders.
- Experience in NCLT matters, including preparation of IBC petitions, applications, and coordination with advocates and company officials.
- Must be proficient in coordinating with external advocates, law firms, and senior counsel for hearings, filings, and case updates.
- Regularly visit courts, tribunals, enforcement offices, and government authorities for follow-up, filing, and representation.
- Handle general litigation matters, including consumer, labour, and criminal complaints related to company operations.
- Maintain and update the case tracker, litigation MIS, and document repository, ensuring real-time monitoring and reporting.
