Job Profile: Sr. Executive &Admin Assistant (EA)
Role Objective
To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Director, ensuring smooth follow-ups, reporting, and inter-departmental communication for efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Assistance
- Support the Director in follow-ups, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks.
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and various departments, ensuring timely updates.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with branches and departments to collect, compile, and present periodic reports.
- Track ongoing tasks/projects and update the Director regularly on progress.
- Follow up with the sales team, ensuring timely submission of performance and sales reports.
- Prepare concise, structured reports and presentations to support decision-making.
- Cross-Department Support
- Ensure effective communication and follow-through on behalf of the Director.
- Help streamline inter-departmental coordination and escalate issues as necessary.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Strong skills in MS Office, ERP systems, and online research.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Location
Salary:
- 35k to 50K flexible based on profile and experience
