Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in Accounts Receivable, located in Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, Gurugram. In this role, you will manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate record-keeping, analyzing account trends, following up on outstanding payments, and resolving client billing inquiries. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or client relationship management roles.
  • Excellent spoken English and professional email writing abilities are essential. This role involves frequent client interaction, primarily through calls, requiring clarity, confidence, and a customercentric approach.
  • Proficient knowledge of Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and payment collection processes.
  • Strong skills in reconciliation, financial reporting, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools, with a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Analytical, problemsolving, and attentiontodetail abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Mandatory proficiency with accounting and ERP tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms, ensuring accurate financial management and streamlined operational workflows.
  • Experience within the security services or similar industries will be an advantage.
