Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Executive: Accommodation and Hotel Contracting, based in Noida. Responsibilities include negotiating and managing hotel contracts, ensuring quality accommodation options for clients, and optimizing resource allocation while maintaining cost-effectiveness. The role also involves building and maintaining key relationships within the hospitality sector, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet the needs of travelers effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Team Management, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to negotiate contracts and achieve optimal rates and conditions.
• Experience in Hospitality with a thorough understanding of hotel operations, room allocations, and industry standards.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
