Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project costing, optimizing expenses, and supporting project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for real estate projects (residential)
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Conduct quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
- Develop project budgets and cost plans at various stages (concept, design, execution).
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for cost inputs.
- Monitor project costs vs. budget and highlight deviations.
- Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
- Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
