Job Description

  • 5+ yrs in system test of GPON ONT and OLT Systems
  • Strong system test planning, execution and automation experience in validating PON ONT and OLT Systems
  • Strong technology focus and experience in networking technology areas that include PON, WLAN, Ethernet, Bridging and Routing.
  • Good understanding of requirements for products and features,
  • Strong understanding test methodologies,
  • Good understanding of carrier network topologies and use cases in home networks.
  • Experience in multi vendor PON networks setup and configurations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Desirable

  • Experience working with cross geo teams worldwide
  • Good understanding of networking, GPON, WLAN, data path functions.
  • Exposure to Mesh technologies in Wi-Fi
  • Forward looking attitude, analyze upcoming trends in Wi-Fi and Networking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and team player
