Job Title
UX/UI Designer (4-8 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer who can independently drive user experience and interface design for enterprise-grade IT management and remote data center management software. The role requires a strong balance of UX thinking and UI execution, along with close collaboration with UI developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role involving interaction design, design systems, accessibility, and usability testing for complex, data-heavy platforms used by technical users.

Key Responsibilities
UX Responsibilities
. Own the end-to-end UX process: research, workflows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction design, and validation
. Translate complex IT infrastructure and data center workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences
. Conduct UX audits, usability reviews, and heuristic evaluations for existing products
. Plan and execute usability testing (moderated/unmoderated, formative and summative)
. Analyze usability findings and translate insights into actionable design improvements
. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to align UX with business and technical constraints
. Define and document UX patterns, interaction principles, and best practices for consistency across products

UI Responsibilities
. Design high-fidelity UI screens using Figma for enterprise web applications
. Create and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, guidelines)
. Ensure visual consistency, clarity, and accessibility across platforms
. Work closely with UI developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation
. Review UI implementations and provide feedback for quality, consistency, and accessibility

Accessibility & WCAG Responsibilities
. Design interfaces compliant with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 AA guidelines
. Embed accessibility standards into design systems and reusable components
. Partner with developers and QA teams to validate accessibility during implementation
. Advocate for inclusive design practices throughout the product lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

. 4-8 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
. Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, design systems)
. Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems
. Hands-on experience planning and conducting usability testing
. Ability to synthesize research and usability insights into design decisions
. Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards
. Experience collaborating closely with UI developers and cross-functional teams
. Ability to design for complex, data-rich enterprise applications
. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills


Good to Have (Added Advantage)
. Experience in IT management software, data center management, infrastructure monitoring, or enterprise SaaS
. Familiarity with dashboards, tables, alerts, logs, configuration-heavy workflows, and monitoring interfaces
. Experience designing for technical or operational users (IT admins, NOC teams, operations engineers)
