As our Senior Engineer Projects & Solutions you'll play a key role in driving the design and delivery of complex engineering solutions. By applying deep technical expertise and leading cross‑functional collaboration, the Senior Engineer ensures innovative, reliable, and cost‑effective outcomes that strengthen product performance and accelerate project success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Discuss with customer for collection of input data, design approval and visit to customer place for technical reviews & approvals.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders, make a detailed plan to accomplish the goals and technical activities.
- You will be involved in Pre-sales on need to need basis. Will be involved from time PO received till the Project is delivered and successfully commissioning Create and maintain project schedule and keep customer updated.
- You should be able to identify bottle necks (Both internal and external) and proactively take necessary action and draw support from relevant stake holders to avoid / prevent / rectify any bottleneck to make sure that project moves as per schedule.
- Maintain progress report of projects and update all stake holders. Strong communication capability and ability to draw support from cross functional teams (Pre-Sales team, Operations, Sales, Engineering team, Supply chain).
- You will be link between Sales, engineering, Pre sales, SC, procurement and customer. Strong vendor relations.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following Engineering graduate in electrical & electronics.
- 8-10 years combined experience in electrical engineering design, commissioning and project management.
- Should have good & sound experience in VFD schematics, PLC schematics, MCC & PCC feeders design, IEC Standards. Experience in Project management
