Job Description:

  • Production Plan Monitoring: Track and compare production plan vs actual production data, ensuring production targets are met.
  • 4S Implementation: Implement and maintain the 4S standard (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize) to improve shop floor efficiency and organization.
  • Waste Control & Reduction: Identify areas of waste, take corrective actions, and implement measures to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Rejection Analysis: Analyze rejection data and implement action plans to reduce defects, improve quality, and meet production standards.
  • Production Target Achievement: Ensure that overall plant production meets the goals set in the PPC (Production Planning and Control).
  • Manpower Deployment: Allocate and deploy manpower effectively on the shop floor based on production requirements.
  • Coordination with Line Leaders: Work closely with line leaders to monitor daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure smooth production flow.
