JD Key words :- Main Work and experience Domain New product Proto building , Assembly, Design verification testing Validation testing, Production support, Site Support and , basic knowledge, Cost reduction ides of ➔ UPS application with rating 10KVA to 800KVA [1] AC-DC Rectifies: - 3 phase and 1 phase IGBT based & SCR based [2] DC-AC - Inverters: - 3 phase and 1 phase IGBT based Value Engineering / Cost reduction for ➔ UPS Component which includes Power Magnetics, Power semiconductors, MCCBs, Load break switches, DC - AC Capacitors etc Hands on experience in design and testing of the Electronic load / Regenerative load Up to rating from 40KVA to 800KVA Reliability Aspects for Power Electronics converters Need to have experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA. implementation, and reducing failure trends in industrial products Main Work and experience Domain CFT member collaboration Technical synchronization between Design, Production, and Service teams to translate field failure data into design improvements, ensuring seamless transition from R&D prototypes to high-volume manufacturing Processes knowledge Preferred Phase Gate process, New Product Development, MS Projects, PDCA, BOM preparation, Proto Releases
