Knowledge and Experience:
- 5+ years proven experience of controls design activities under relevant industry domains like Warehouse
- Automation, Intra-Logistics Automation, Material Handling Systems etc. or similar industries
Skills:
- Experience on Control Panels Designing using AutoCAD Electrical / Eplan min 3 to 4+ Years, Knowledge of GA drawings, Device placement, Wiring Diagrams, Device List (BOM), terminal List etc
- Experience in Design work using integrated tools such as Maestro, COMOS etc. is preferred.
- Experience in programming of PLC/DCS/SCADA using Siemens/Allen Bradley systems is Must (min 3+ years)
- Experience in Programming, Designing, testing and other engineering activities)
- Strong Knowledge of working with TIA Portal or Studio 5000 tools
- Strong Knowledge of HMI systems such as ICONICS, WinCC etc. with Experience of 2/3 years is most preferred
- Preparation of IO List, Logic diagram, Functional Design Specifications, load calculation,
- Experience in Commissioning of automation Package (2 years, preferred)
- Good in project documentation
- Good exposure of Customer handling / Meetings
- Well versed in global environment including North America & EMEA and adept in cross cultural team functioning
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools, Power BI, JIRA etc.
- Good communicator and must have a good command over English - written and verbal
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication,
- Instrumentation and or equivalent
- Post-Graduation in Engineering (MS / ME / M. Tech)
