Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee civil construction projects within the Power/Energy industry from conception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Adani's safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Participate in project review meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in project execution.
