Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Engineer/Assistant Manager/Manager in Sales, based at our Head Office in Noida. The role involves driving sales activities, identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to offer tailored solutions to meet client requirements. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, and Customer Service skills
• Proven expertise in Sales and Organization Skills
• Should have worked in Commercial Building Segment
• Good Network with the Stake Holders of the Segment EPC, Consultant
• Ability to manage relationships and effectively engage with clients
• Goal-driven with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
