Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute international email campaigns

Manage audience segmentation, personalization & A/B testing

Track & analyze KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions)

Develop & present reports on campaign effectiveness

Maintain and enhance automation processes, ensuring data integrity & compliance

Stay updated onindustry trends, best practices & SEO principles

Collaborate with content, design & product teams for brand alignment

Qualifications

5+ years of email marketing experience (international focus)

Expertise in HubSpot, Mail jet, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Skilled in analytics, reporting & campaign optimization

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design

Strong project management skills (multi-campaign handling)

Creative, proactive & problem-solving mindset
