Job Description

Responsible for managing product listings on the company website and third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Snapdeal
Upload product details, images, descriptions, and specifications with accuracy and consistency
Monitor listings for errors, stock availability, and pricing updates
Coordinate with internal departments for inventory, product information, and images
Ensure listings are SEO-optimized to improve visibility and search ranking
Track performance of online listings and suggest improvements for better engagement and conversions
Handle day-to-day operations related to order processing, returns, and customer queries on various platforms
Ensure compliance with the operational procedures and guidelines of each e-commerce platform
