Role Overview
End-to-end ownership of multi-account global eBay operations with focus on revenue protection, SLA adherence, logistics control, and team co-ordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor insertion/store/advanced listing fees and prevent leakages
• Manage multiple eBay accounts across US, UK, CA, AU, EU
• Handle returns, disputes, INR, BBE, feedback removal
• Audit freight, shipping costs, and claims (DHL/FedEx)
• Manage Webinterpret promotions, invoices, and sync issues
• Ensure KYC, GPSR, LUCID compliance
Operational SLAs & KPIs
• ≥98% same-day response to buyer messages
• ≥97% tracking upload rate
• Returns & disputes within acceptable thresholds
• Same-day refunds/replacements
• Zero financial leakage errors
• Timely claim settlements
Team Co-ordination
• Task delegation and monitoring
• QC checks for e-bay operations tasks
• Conduct training and feedback sessions
• Real-time issue resolution
Customer & Revenue Impact
• Handle buyer negotiations and offers
• Convert inquiries into sales
• Coordinate with purchase team for demand
• Manage overselling scenarios
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
Logistics & Cost Optimization
• Freight comparison and cost reduction
• Utilize courier schemes and benefits
• Ensure best LSP selection
Reporting
• Daily sales report and account health reporting (fees, traffic, impressions)
• Monthly transactions and finance reports submission to accounts
• Performance tracking and analysis
