Experience: 6 to 10 years

Shift Timings: 4-5 Hrs. extension of the regular shift (3:30 PM to 12:30 PM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM)

Job Description:

• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable . NET-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Ensure database integrity, performance tuning, and optimization in MS-SQL.
• Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and suggest improvements.
• Should work on application enhancements and support.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
