We are looking for an experienced Sr. Domestic IT Recruiter with 34 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for the Indian market. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive sourcing techniques, and end-to-end recruitment for IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for various IT positions across technologies.

Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and functional requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

Manage offer negotiations, closures, and onboarding coordination.

Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment quality and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

34 years of domestic IT recruitment experience.

Strong expertise in sourcing IT technologies (Java, .NET, Frontend, Backend, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.).

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Strong understanding of the Indian IT job market and candidate behavior.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with product-based or service-based IT companies.

Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Good understanding of recruitment metrics and closures.
