Health Delivery Senior Director
The Health Delivery Senior Director is responsible for the comprehensive health service experience for their portfolio of clients. The Health Delivery Senior Director serves as the primary coordinator across internal teams, developing tailored strategies to expand Health & Welfare (HW) solution adoption for each client. The Health Delivery Senior Director maintains an in-depth awareness of each client's industry trends and the evolving goals of their benefits departments, while also monitoring the regulatory landscape and competitive environment to inform recommendations and actions.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the client's advocate, ensuring seamless HW delivery and integration of all related solutions and teams involved in the client's service experience
- Lead governance practices to provide ongoing operational oversight and ensure delivery excellence
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by proactively offering insights and solutions aligned with each client's needs
- Coach and mentor team members within HW to foster development and high performance
- Identify potential risks in HW delivery and implement mitigation strategies
- Consistently achieve or surpass goals related to profitability, operational effectiveness, compliance, and client satisfaction
- Engage in sales activities, including presenting to prospective clients and supporting new business efforts
- Maintain accuracy in financial forecasting and support fiscal accountability
- Oversee client contracts to protect margins, ensure SLA compliance, and manage E&O matters
- Act as a subject matter expert for the rollout of new products and services

Education
- Master's degree (business-related field preferred)
- 20+ years of Health & Welfare experience, with broad exposure to diverse client environments
This is a Work from Office Role where the individual is expected to be in office all 5 Days working a UK Shift or a US EST Shift
