About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead, optimize, and expand our digital footprint in the healthcare sector. You will drive our digital efforts across SEO, paid media, influencer marketing, Amazon ads, and morecrafting campaigns that don't just perform but educate and engage.
This role is for someone who understands how patients search, trust, and convert in the digital world. Someone who is driven by ROAS, lead quality, funnel health, and brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, Influencer, and Marketplace channels
- Design and optimize patient acquisition funnels for B2C and B2B healthcare segments
- Plan monthly and quarterly budgets with performance forecasting
Search Engine Optimization
- Oversee technical, on-page, and off-page SEO efforts
- Collaborate with content and web teams to grow a high-ranking, medically safe content ecosystem
- Improve keyword rankings, domain authority, and local visibility
Performance Marketing
- Lead Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and display campaigns
- Monitor and optimize metrics like CAC, CPL, CPV, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Build and refine custom audiences and remarketing funnels
Amazon Ads & Marketplace Marketing
- Create and manage PPC campaigns for healthcare and D2C products on Amazon
- Analyze keyword performance, optimize ACoS, and ensure listing health
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Plan and execute brand-building and awareness campaigns with health-relevant influencers
- Manage monthly social calendars across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Collaborate with creators and partners for broader reach and engagement
Email Marketing & Automation
- Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns for user nurturing, retention, and upsell
- Use CRM and automation platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho, or HubSpot
Team and Vendor Management
- Lead a digital team of 3 to 6 members
- Collaborate with external vendors (ad agencies, influencer networks, SEO partners)
- Set performance KPIs and run weekly reporting and feedback cycles
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or wellness
- Proven success in managing end-to-end digital campaigns across key channels
- Strong understanding of patient behavior in digital healthcare environments
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio
- Strong command over paid platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon Ads
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and team management skills
Preferred but Not Mandatory
- Experience with hospitals, diagnostic chains, med-tech, or wellness products
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related fields
- Background in CRO, landing page optimization, or A/B testing
- Understanding of HIPAA or healthcare data compliance standards
