Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and be capable of building high-performance applications, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop robust backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases and optimize queries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best development practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of Redux / Context API
• Experience with Git version control
• Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Experience with responsive UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI)
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance optimization

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
