Portal Customization:
Design and enhance Employee Center Pro portals for intuitive user experience.
Automation & Orchestration:
Utilize Flow Designer and API integrations for process automation.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with HR-specific components and portal customization.
Knowledge of API integrations and document management.
Familiarity with Flow Designer for workflow automation.
