We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Analytics & Insights and Analytics with a strong domain expertise in Networks. The role is hybrid with a day shift schedule and no travel required. The ideal candidate will contribute to our innovative projects and help drive impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Oversee the design and deployment of data models and algorithms to analyze network performance and optimize operations.
- Provide technical expertise in the integration of analytics tools and platforms within the network domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-driven opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for analytics processes and methodologies.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analytics and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics solutions and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for analytics and network-related projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and network domains.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics frameworks and tools.
- Support the development of predictive models to forecast network performance and potential issues.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all analytics activities.
