Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Design & Sales Consultant, located in Pune. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and presenting design solutions tailored to client requirements, providing expert sales consultation, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service, and advising clients to create outstanding outcomes. Regular collaboration with internal teams and maintaining strong client relationships will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Design & Sales skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Proficiency in Interior Design, including space planning and creating design solutions
• Knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings, including trends, materials, and product recommendations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Prior experience in design consultation or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related discipline is preferred.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting designs, and articulating ideas professionally.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools or software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and adapt to dynamic client demands.
• Previous experience in design and sales consulting roles is preferred.
