Job Description

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performing database solutions using Oracle.
  • Write complex SQL queries and optimize them for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Perform database tuning, monitoring, and optimization to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
  • Design and develop database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Analyze existing systems and propose improvements and new solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide database solutions.
  • Provide support for database issues that may arise and ensure rapid resolution.
  • Focus and commitment to solving complex software development items that meet customer expectations.
  • Be involved with SDLC from requirements to test but own executing development of features & bug fixes that is clean, reusable, maintainable code
  • Build quality into all tasks, ensure adequate unit testing and support quality assurance engineers in testing completed items
  • Lead code reviews and architecture discussions
  • Keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends in database management
