What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive data management frameworks that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Perform complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define data requirements for reporting and analysis.
• Create and manage dashboards and visualizations to present key performance indicators and insights to stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices and tools.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.

How you will do it

• Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to analyze data sets and conduct in-depth analyses.
• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines and data integration processes.
• Develop data quality standards and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide solutions.

What we look for

• 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the building technology or smart buildings industry is a plus.
