Job Overview

Roles & Responsibility
We're looking for a hands-on technical leader who can drive our GenAI roadmap across RAG systems, agent-based workflows, and LLM fine-tuning, while mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
What You'll Lead & Build
End-to-end GenAI architecture (RAG, agentic workflows, production-grade serving)
Prompt engineering standards and context optimization
LLM fine-tuning (Full fine-tuning, LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF)
Framework selection and implementation (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack)
Vector search and embeddings best practices (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB)
Guardrails including hallucination mitigation, safety, memory/state management, and tool calling
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for the GenAI team (architecture + hands-on delivery)
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical decisions clearly
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week per month)
Drive research and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends

Desired Candidate Profile
What We're Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in ML, NLP, or AI
(MS/PhD preferred; strong BS background with relevant experience is acceptable)
2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and RAG-based systems
Strong production experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI/Flask
Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
