Job Description

Own endtoend development of ML models powering largescale voice and conversational AI.
Build and optimize NLP, speech recognition, and naturallanguage understanding systems.
Design scalable ML pipelines to process and learn from hundreds of thousands of conversations.
Research, experiment with, and implement stateoftheart techniques in LLMs, speech, and conversational intelligence.
Improve model accuracy, latency, and realtime performance for production deployments.
Analyze large conversational datasets to extract insights and drive model improvements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and founders in a fastpaced, highownership startup environment.
Continuously iterate on models and infrastructure to enhance user experience and system reliability.

The Successful Applicant

Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and speech recognition technologies.
5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and LLM finetuning.
Experience handling largescale conversational datasets and building robust ML pipelines.
Ability to optimize models for real-time performance and high accuracy.
Strong communication, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup.
Curiosity, grit, and a userfirst approach to solving problems.
