We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in Power BI and Databricks (including Unity Catalogue) to support cross-functional business teams. The ideal candidate will bring domain experience in Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain, and possess the ability to collaborate closely with DPMs, BAs, and senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions. This role requires hands-on technical skills, business acumen, and excellent stakeholder management to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Required Technical Skills:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other STEM fields.

* 5+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role.

* Proven track record engaging senior business stakeholders and gathering complex requirements.

* Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, or PySpark with the ability to write production-level code.

* Strong expertise with Databricks (Unity Catalogue) and Azure cloud environments.

* Proficiency in Power BI for advanced analytics and visualization.

* Solid knowledge of data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation techniques.

* Familiarity with data governance, master data, and metadata management.
