Purpose of the Role
The Sr D&T Analyst - Data Foundations, Supply Chain will play a key role in strengthening General Mills Supply Chain data ecosystem. This role partners closely with business and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable data foundations that enable smarter decisions, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across the FMCG value chain.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Data Analytics / Data Analysis

• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in ETL, data modeling & transformation

• Experience with Supply Chain / Manufacturing / FMCG data

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Strong communication skills and experience working with global teams

• Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices

Preferred Qualifications

• FMCG Supply Chain exposure (planning, manufacturing, logistics, sustainability)

• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA, BW) & enterprise data integration

• Exposure to cloud data platforms (GCP preferred)

• Experience mentoring or guiding analysts

• Interest or exposure to AI, automation & advanced analytics
