The incumbent would be responsible to
deliver Move services to Customer with Orders as per Committed RFS and guidelines,
with Clear focus on coordination and rigorous Follow up with Customer as well
as key stake holders. Scrutinize orders logged by sales team for completeness
before commencing delivery process. Provide inputs to supervisor on
provisioning issues to be discussed. Has/ Built in depth knowledge within
Provisioning & Configuration Management & to apply their knowledge
efficiently and work productively with broad instruction. Regularly participate
in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member, is able
to proactively identify important issues or risks, and seeks the appropriate
level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct
impact on the achievement of results within Provisioning & Configuration
Management. Works under direct supervision. Able to identify problems and
provide inputs to improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques
drawing from personal experiences and feedback. Actively acquires more complex
skills, techniques, operating practices, knowledge of abstract concepts in
order to progress toward full proficiency in the field of specialisation. Has
skills and knowledge that will allow them to adapt to effectively deal with
unfamiliar issues.
Candidate needs to work with minimal
guidance from their line managers and needs to be keep him updated with
periodic progress. Should be able to sustain high pressure and delivery with
fast pace.
Major Activities: -
- Customer co-ordination for Order related activity.
- Deeper understanding of mobility Voice/SMS/Data.
- Configuration and Management for Provisioning of Customer & Suppliers.
- Basic understanding of 2G/3G/4G/LTE signaling..
- Order tracking and Order Management.
- Change management handling for Customer delivery as well as assurance/ commercial/billing issues
- Provide inputs to supervisor on provisioning issues to be discussed with the Service Assurance teams.
- Should be a team player and enjoys working within and CFT teams.
