  • Sound knowledge in BGP, MPLS, IP L2 & L3 technologies with 3 to 7 years of experience.
  • CCNA Certification is mandatory
  • Alarm Monitoring, Operation-maintenance, Troubleshooting & Configuration of routers, Switches etc.
  • Analytical skills like logical thinking, Problem solving & handling assignments are mandatory.
  • Excel, report generation, trend & analysis is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English language oral & written communication skills is must.
  • Alarm monitoring, Trouble ticket creation & Resolution of trouble tickets raised by customer/L1 teams. fault management on all NE'S and follow up with support in case of escalated cases.
  • Support new network node integration.
  • Ensure current license and software versions are suitable for the present network requirement.
  • Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach in capacity.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers /vendors for resolution of the faults/problems needing vendor support.
  • Identify the root cause of Priority 1 & priority 2 incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
