Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Manager to lead and execute our brand's visual identity and Content strategy. The role combines high-level design expertise with strategic communication to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality creative assets including social media graphics, digital campaigns, print materials, presentations, and more.
  • Oversee photo shoots, video projects, and other multimedia initiatives.
  • Manage design workflows, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
  • Collaborate with content writers, digital marketers, and external agencies to create compelling campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for press releases, newsletters, websites, and social media as needed.
  • Support internal communications with visually engaging materials.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of designers and content creators (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand communication needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage relationships with printers, vendors, and creative agencies.
  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to ensure creatives are optimized for web and social platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • required 3D/@d design Knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and Content roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
