We are looking for a dynamic Creative Manager to lead and execute our brand's visual identity and Content strategy. The role combines high-level design expertise with strategic communication to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality creative assets including social media graphics, digital campaigns, print materials, presentations, and more.
- Oversee photo shoots, video projects, and other multimedia initiatives.
- Manage design workflows, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
- Collaborate with content writers, digital marketers, and external agencies to create compelling campaigns.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for press releases, newsletters, websites, and social media as needed.
- Support internal communications with visually engaging materials.
- Lead and mentor a small team of designers and content creators (if applicable).
- Coordinate with various departments to understand communication needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage relationships with printers, vendors, and creative agencies.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to ensure creatives are optimized for web and social platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- required 3D/@d design Knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and Content roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
