Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Counselor at Global Colliance, based in Surat. The Sr. Counselor will provide expert guidance to students regarding higher education opportunities abroad.

Responsibilities include assessing student profiles, discussing academic interests, providing detailed information about programs and institutions, and assisting in the application and visa process.

The Sr. Counselor will also build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, ensuring exceptional service delivery and student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in counseling, advising, and guiding students in academic and career planning
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of global education systems, application processes, and visa requirements
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in common office software and ability to adapt to educational platforms
• Proven experience in student counseling, overseas education consulting, or a related field
• A bachelor's or higher degree in Counseling, Education, International Relations, or related fields is preferred
