Responsiblities
- Coordinating with Client and Design team, raising queries to concerned entities like Client and Design consultants and get them clarified.
- Ensure the quantities are within the specified margins as per the contract terms. Prepare monthly cost management reports and tracking the budget with respect to ongoing activities. Raising flags / advance warnings that can impact the overall budget or schedule of activities
- Cash flow preparation and forecasting
- Hold of both Pre & post contracts
- Preparing bid proposals
- Negotiating with the vendors and contractors
