- repare detailed cost estimates for faade projects (Aluminium, Glass, ACP, Unitized Stick systems)
- Study tender drawings, specifications, and BOQ thoroughly
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings (2D/3D)
- Prepare and analyze BOQs, RFQs, and cost comparisons
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Maintain estimation database and cost records
- Support in tender submission and bid documentation
- Understand project scope and highlight risks exclusions
- Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of faade systems (Curtain Wall, Structural Glazing, Cladding)
- Expertise in quantity surveying cost estimation
- Good understanding of materials (Aluminium, Glass, Sealants, Hardware)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel (mandatory)
- Knowledge of ERP/estimation software (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.E./Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in high-rise faade projects
- Knowledge of unitized curtain wall systems
- Exposure to international projects/standards
