Position: Senior Copywriter

Experience: 2-3 years

CTC - 35,000 to 45,000 per month

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

You have the judgment to guide a junior, the confidence to critique with care, and the experience to know when a piece of copy is almost there, and how to make it better.

Youve got the range: social to script, playful to poetic, brand copy to campaign narrative. And you have the eye to spot what works and the voice to make it sing.

What Will You Do

  • Lead the copy function across brands, ensuring consistency, creativity, and clarity across touchpoints, social, digital, branding, print, and everything in between
  • Oversee all copy for social media, campaign work, branding projects, and website content
  • Review, refine, and elevate copy to align with brand tone and strategic intent
  • Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and accounts to build integrated creative solutions
  • Guide, mentor, and upskill junior writers
  • Own storytelling across decks, pitches, and presentation
  • Identify gaps, push ideas further, and know what needs to change to make the work stronger
  • Stay sharp on trends, platform shifts, and the evolving language of culture

What Are We Looking For

  • 2-3 years of copywriting experience in a fast-paced agency or creative-led brand setup
  • Proven ability to lead and elevate work across multiple brands and formats
  • A strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, craft, and versatility
  • Deep understanding of tone, structure, and storytelling across platforms
  • Excellent editing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about pushing creative boundaries
