Sr Controllership Analyst

Key Deliverables:

• Lead end-to-end accounting, compliance, and financial close for high-risk and multi-SBG entities.
• Ensure US GAAP, SOX, and Honeywell policy adherence across all financial reporting activities.
• Oversee balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and resolution of aged items.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, 10K/10Q tax packs, and support transitions of controllership activities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive entity-level financial control, risk remediation, and compliance.
• Provide technical accounting support for project, revenue, and cost cycles.
• Lead process improvement projects and new work transitions.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across business, finance, and audit functions.
