Sr Consultant

The ideal candidate will develop relationships with people who come for consultation and offer the right solution in the form of hair loss treatment based on a persons face, age, profession, personality and expectations.

Responsibilities;

Provide thorough hair check to diagnose the hair loss stage

Educate the client on hair loss fundamentals and provide need base counseling

Understand the expectations, pitch for the right procedure products and relate them with achievable end result by making a client visualize the recommendation

Set consultation and conversion targets with analysis on a daily basis

Achieve the desired conversion ratio and contribute to revenue generation at the studio on a monthly basis

Skills required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Customer service approach
