Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Consultant/Senior Engineering Manager located in Pune. The selected candidate will oversee project planning and execution, offering strategic consulting and technical expertise for projects in civil engineering domain primarily geotechnical engineering. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating engineering efforts, ensuring integration of systems, and providing analytical support to enhance decision-making processes. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to support project assessments and decision-making processes
• Expertise in Consulting and the ability to provide strategic advice to teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Project Management, with experience in managing timelines, teams, budgets, and project deliverables
• Knowledge of Software Development and System Integration to oversee technical aspects of projects
• Master's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related fields
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with engineering software and tools used in the industry
• Commitment to public safety, environmental standards, and efficient resource utilization
