About The Role
Someone who understands Salesforce beyond just admin or development with the ability to consult clients, drive solutioning, manage projects, and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consulting & Pre-Sales
- Understand client business challenges and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions
- Lead discovery calls, requirement gathering, and solution discussions
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, estimations, proposals, and CRM consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices and process improvements
Solutioning & Project Ownership
- Translate business requirements into clear workflows and actionable solutions
- Coordinate with developers, admins, and external freelancers for smooth execution
- Manage ongoing Salesforce projects, timelines, priorities, and client communication
- Ensure quality delivery aligned with business goals
Salesforce & Technical Understanding
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, automation, reporting, and data management
- Working knowledge of integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and system connectivity
- Basic understanding of Apex, LWC, and development concepts to effectively guide technical teams
- Ability to evaluate solution feasibility and scalability
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Drive proactive communication, problem-solving, and execution ownership
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Salesforce Consulting, Business Analysis, Solutioning, or CRM Project Management
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to pre-sales, tech discovery, and solution architecture discussions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate internal/external teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
