About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Pre-Sales

  • Engage with clients to understand business problems and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Support pre-sales conversations, solution demos, and proposal inputs
  • Act as a trusted advisor on CRM strategy and best practices

Solutioning & Business Analysis

  • Gather and document requirements, define workflows, and design scalable solutions
  • Work closely with developers and internal teams to translate requirements into execution
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and system implementation

Project & Delivery Ownership

  • Oversee ongoing Salesforce projects and ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders across multiple projects
  • Drive timelines, priorities, and quality of delivery

Platform Understanding (Hands-on Awareness)

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data models, and automation
  • Working knowledge of integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Basic understanding of development concepts (Apex, LWC) to guide teams effectively

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in Salesforce (Admin/Consulting/BA roles)
  • Hands on experience in client-facing consulting + solutioning
  • Exposure to pre-sales / stakeholder management
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
